Grilled Peaches – Breakfest for two…

Grilled peaches make a wonderful breakfast or dessert, and are quite simple to make.

Ingredients for Breakfast:

4 Peaches

1/8 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup Almond Milk

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 ounce orange marmalade

Dash of salt

Dash of cayenne

Aluminum foil

Mix all the ingredients together in a metal loaf pan lined with foil.

For added flavor make a smoking packet by placing your favorite smoking wood on tin foil with a little bit of orange juice.  Wrap it up and toss it onto the grill a few minutes before you put the peaches on.

Once the peaches are on the grill, give them a stir every 5 to 10 minutes and check the peaches for doneness.

The recipe is a little different if you want a dessert.  This works great with apples as well.

Ingredients for Dessert:

4 Peaches

1/8 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup pecans

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Dash of salt

Dash of cayenne

Parchment Paper

For the dessert you want to mix the ingredients together and then divide and put into two parchment paper packs.  Throw these on the grill after you pull the food off and they should be done cooking when you are done with dinner.  Pull onto the plate and carefully open the packets.
